As with every year, the Spanish cinema dressed up with jewels from Carrera y Carrera. The presentation of the 30th Goya Awards ceremony sparkled with jewels from the international jewelry firm that was evidently a true protagonist of this very special evening.

The most famous faces of the national scene chose Carrera y Carrera to celebrate the grand event of Spanish cinema shining on the red carpet.

As has become tradition with the legend of the amulet-jewel that established the Director of Communication and Brand Image Sara Máquez, the winner of the Best Actress in a Leading Role award, Natalia de Molina, wore Carrera y Carrera jewels with pride. It is the second time that Natalia wins a statuette and in both times she was wearing pieces of the firm. The pieces chosen this time were the wonderful historic floral earrings in white gold, mother of pearl, rubies, and diamonds. She also wore the Origen ring in white gold, prasiolite, and diamonds as fetish rings.

 Actress Inma Cuesta, also an illustrious nominee of the evening, exclusively wore the new creations of the firm that will be launched globally at the Jewelry and Watch Show in Basel this coming March. The pieces selected from the Iceberg line were a ring in white gold, diamonds, and blue topaz, and a bold earring set that alternated a long and short earring in white gold with diamonds. An apt combination in line with the latest jewelry trends.

Carrera y Carrera also bet on actress Bárbara Lennie as the perfect ambassador of the new Iceberg collection, wearing with Inma Cuesta some unpublished pieces in an exclusive way. Bárbara shone again wearing the new Iceberg ring in white gold and pavé diamonds.

Actress Nora Navas, nominated for the Best Supporting Actress award, attended the event with jewels of extraordinary beauty from the Orquídeas line, part of the Seda Imperial collection. The set chosen in yellow gold, rubies, and diamonds was comprised of one ring, earrings and two bracelets. The jewels, inspired by the orchid of the ancient Manila shawls, stand out for their mystery, elegance, and femininity.

Meanwhile, Elvira Lindo presented the to the nominees of the best adapted and best original screenplay awards accompanied by the acclaimed writer Mario Vargas Llosa while wearing Emperatriz earrings with their cascade of flowers in yellow gold and the fascinating Origen ring in yellow gold, amethyst, and diamonds.

For the much anticipated occasion, actress Nerea Barros, a great admirer of the brand and last year’s winner of the 2015 Best New Actress award, wore jewels from the Reina line, part of the Tesoros del Imperio collection, better than anyone. The earrings and ring in yellow gold, white gold, and diamonds added an unparalleled touch of elegance and sophistication to her attire.

Verónica Echegui also opted for a Vintage Treasure jewel, choosing stunning earrings in yellow gold, sapphires, and diamonds made halfway through the last century, yet very much in line with the trendy ear cuffs of 2016.

Carmen Machi, best known for her popular role as Aída, stood out with a surprising historic jewel in white gold, onyx, ruby, and a star of diamonds, a piece belonging to the vintage treasures that have been released exclusively for this night only. To accompany such an impressive ring, the actress also wore Origen earrings from the new Party collection in white gold with diamonds.

The famous television presenter Anne Igartiburu chose jewels full of color and sophistication. The ring, earrings, and bracelet from the Peacock collection reflect the elegant essence of peacock feathers. These jewels feature white gold, iolite, blue sapphires, tsavorite garnets, and diamonds.

Paula Ortiz dared with Vintage Treasure jewels from the 50s, 60s, and 70s, choosing the stunning brooch in yellow gold, tourmaline, and diamond paired with a marvelous ring in yellow gold, blue diamonds, and baguette diamonds. To complete her captivating look, the Garzas earrings in yellow gold with diamonds were the perfect accessory.

Ana Álvarez shone with the power of fire with Origen earrings and ring in white gold and prasiolite belonging to the Universo collection.

Ana Arias chose to surprise with pieces from the Seda Imperial collection full of mystery and imposing presence – the Emperatriz earrings and Garzas ring in white gold with diamonds.

Actress Goya Toledo was drawn to the magic of Orquídeas, wearing cascading earrings in yellow gold, rubies, and diamonds paired with the matching bombe ring from the same collection.

The blockbuster Almodóvar girl Marisa Paredes also sparkled with her own light in Carrera y Carrera jewels. Marisa wore the Jazmín ring in white gold with pavé diamonds paired with the Origen earrings in yellow gold with amethyst. Evocative and sensual jewels that were perfect for this evening.

Actress, journalist, and presenter Cayetana Guillén-Cuervo – a faithful follower of Carrera y Carrera – did not want to miss the Spanish cinema gala. For this occasion, she wore floral-inspired historic pieces in white gold, mother of pearl, rubies and diamonds: a brooch and ring belonging to the Vintage Treasures rescued from the past.

Male attendees also relied on the grandeur of Carrera y Carrera jewels. Famous actor, comedian, and host Dani Rovira wore cufflinks from the firm.

Juan Antonio Bayona, winner of the 2013 Best Director Goya also chose the Alegrías cufflinks in white gold and onyx. Meanwhile, Manuel Bandera capped off his look with Ecuestre cufflinks in yellow and white gold, while Pepón Nieto and Eusebio Poncela looked dashing also with cufflinks of the brand.
